If you are interested in howpeople learn and youwant to understand how to use your own knowledge to train or teach others in a range of settings? − Have you recently completed your LeavingCertificate andwant to go to university but cannot transfer directly based on your results? − Have you completed your Leaving Certificate in the last few years but chosen not to go to university? − Are you amature student (aged 23 years or more) who has always wanted to go on to further study but does not knowhow to take that first step? − Have you studied on a further education course and nowwish to go on to higher education? If you answer yes to any of these questions, the Foundation Programme is for you. Mature Students In the case of mature applicants, we take into consideration other experience apart fromperformance in examinations – thismay bework experience, further studies or other relevant experience. We assess your case based on the details you supply in your application. All suitable applicants will be invited to interviewand asked to submit awritten assignment during the application process. Interviews will be conducted jointly by City of Dublin FETCollege, Whitehall, StMobhi Road, Northeast Campus or Drogheda Institute of Further Education (DIFE) andDCU. DCUand the College of Further Education (CFE) select students based onmerit and suitability, and are committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all.
