There is no comparable coursewhich offers students such an advanced course of studies in business, management and information technology, all through themediumof Irish. Employers support this approach, and the course has strong links with national and international companies and organisations. These links offer an impressive advantage over other graduates. Course Structure Themain areas covered by this course are: – Business andManagement – Business Information Technology – Modern Irish Years 1 and 2 develop these areas at DCU. You can then choosewhether to complete a year long paidwork placement (INTRA) or go into your final year. This is a broad academic and practical course suited to themodern business environment. There is particular emphasis on business, management, information technology and Irish, which are supported bymodules in StrategicManagement, ProjectManagement andHuman ResourcesManagement. Youwill develop your understanding of Irish and further your communication skills inwritten and spoken Irish. Youwill gain valuable experienceworking on group projects while also developing personally by using your imagination in a creative business context. INTRAWork Placement This year-longwork placement will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your CV, increase your employability and apply your knowledge and skills in the real world.
