International Non-EU Students Visa and Immigration: Non-EU students from visa required countries will need an entry visa for Ireland - apply well in advance to avoid delays to your journey to Ireland. Upon arrival, all non-EU students must register with the Irish Immigration Service (INIS) and get an Irish Residence Permit (IRP) card. Get Health Insurance: All non-EEA students must have private health insurance that covers them from day one in Ireland.
